采用模块化感性开关网络(modular inductive switching network,MISN)多电平技术,减小三相PFC变换器的电感和滤波器体积,提高变换器的功率密度;此外,利用NFoM参数更小的低压Si MOSFET器件构建多电平网络,减小高频开关器件损耗,实现高效率。MISN-PFC变换器具有元胞化和单输出母线的特点,有利于增加热备用和冗余功能,并且方便后级设计。

Utilizing Modular Inductive Switching Network (MISN) multi-level technology, this rectifier reduces the inductor and filter volume of the three-phase PFC converter, thereby increasing the power density of the converter. Additionally, the multi-level network is constructed with low-voltage Si MOSFET devices. Thanks to the small NFoM property of low-voltage devices, high efficiency can be achieved easily. The MISN-PFC converter features modularization and a single output bus, which is beneficial for thermal standby and redundancy functions, as well as facilitating downstream design.
