Utilizing Modular Inductive Switching Network (MISN) multi-level technology, this rectifier reduces the inductor and filter volume of the three-phase PFC converter, thereby increasing the power density of the converter. Additionally, the multi-level network is constructed with low-voltage Si MOSFET devices. Thanks to the small NFoM property of low-voltage devices, high efficiency can be achieved easily. The MISN-PFC converter features modularization and a single output bus, which is beneficial for thermal standby and redundancy functions, as well as facilitating downstream design.
