相对于传统的电流传感器,隧道磁电阻(TMR)电流传感器具有高带宽、小体积、全带宽范围测量、非侵入式测量和输出增益高的特点。但当前的TMR电流传感器芯片易受到环境磁场和功率器件开关动作的干扰,严重限制其高频测量性能。为解决该问题,提出了一种双端差分TMR电流传感器(Do-DTMR),通过对称抵消的方式,消除干扰磁场引入的噪声,同时搭配一种优化的梳状地屏蔽结构,抑制开关动作引入的尖刺,提升了TMR电流传感器的有效带宽和测量性能。
Compared to conventional current sensors, Tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) current sensors are characterized by high bandwidth, small size, full bandwidth range measurement, isolated measurement and high output gain. However, existing TMR current sensors are susceptible to interference from ambient magnetic fields and power device switching, which severely limits their high-frequency measurement performance. To solve this problem, Dual-output Differential TMR (Do-DTMR) Current Sensor is proposed, which eliminates the noise introduced by the interfering magnetic field by mean of symmetrical offset. And it is equipped with an optimized comb-shaped ground shielding to suppress the spikes introduced by the switching action. Do-DTMR structure obviously improves the effective bandwidth and measurement performance of TMR current sensor.
