From November 7 to 10, 2025, the 4th China Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Congress and the 28th Annual Meeting of the China Power Supply Society (CPEEC & CPSSC 2025) and the IEEE International Power Electronics and Application Symposium (PEAS 2025) were grandly held in Shenzhen. The Power Management Innovation Consortium of the Hangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation Center, Zhejiang University (ZJU-PMIC), appeared with its latest papers and achievements, attracting the attention of many academic peers and industry experts.

At the IEEE PEAS 2025 international top-tier academic conference, the ZJU-PMIC team performed excellently in paper quality and academic presentation, with frequent good news: 8 papers were accepted by the conference, Xu Yuhao won the Best Paper Award, and Wang Yuchen, Xu Yuhao, and Bao Linyi won the Best Presenter Awards. This series of honors reflects the team’s solid research foundation and outstanding international academic exchange capabilities.
Debut Achievements Make a Grand Appearance, Astonishing the Industry
At this exhibition, the PMIC team brought multiple frontier technological achievements to the CPEEC & CPSSC 2025 exhibition, including advanced multilevel PFC technology and various high-power-density DC-DC power modules. Particularly eye-catching was the team’s public display of a high-power-density 48V DC-DC power module prototype with an operating frequency as high as 10MHz, as well as a silicon carbide power module using ultra-low-temperature all-copper sintered Cu-Clip packaging for the first time, fully demonstrating the team’s comprehensive R&D strength.

In front of the booth, peer experts showed strong interest in and highly praised the team’s proposed high-power-density circuit topologies and their control schemes.
Special Report Focuses on Frontier Trends
In addition to the booth exhibition, at the specially arranged Power Research Achievement Exchange Session of the conference, Professor Wu Xinke, Executive Director of PMIC, was invited to give a special report titled “The Power Management Innovation Consortium: Advancing the Frontiers of Power Supply.” The report systematically presented PMIC’s advanced technical solutions and fruitful achievements. With frontier and substantial content, it attracted a large number of peers from academia and industry to attend and exchange ideas.

During this trip to Shenzhen, ZJU-PMIC fully demonstrated its deep accumulation and leading advantages in the field of power management technology. Through high-level exchanges with international peers, the team further absorbed frontier insights and built consensus for development. Looking to the future, ZJU-PMIC will continue to take innovation and openness as its sails, work together with global partners, and jointly push power technology to new heights!
